Payment is to be full and upfront before beginning the commission. However if you are unable to pay for the entirety of the commission, a payment plan can be discussed with a 25% down payment. (Changes are not charged extra)

No refunds are eligible once I am finished with the sketching phase of the commission.

Full references must be provided, otherwise you will be subject to artistic interpretation and freedom when it comes to the characters.

If your reference possesses no colour, you will only be eligible for a lineart comission.

If you are to want a NSFW commission, please provide a full NSFW reference of your character.

A full description of the pose/action that you are wanting your character(s) to preform. If able to provide a visual reference for the pose. please do so.

Extreme fetishes.

Hate art or targeted hatred towards other users, characters, themes, religious, political, controversial symbology or topics.

Overly detailed designs outside of reason.

Underaged characters (When it is a NSFW or suggestive commission)(This applies to 'aged up' characters as well).

Stolen characters.

I am not superhuman, I take time to do my work. I will try to deliver within a 2-3 week timespan of the commission depending on both backlog and complexity.

I am not familiar with NSFW commissions, please have patience and understand that it is not my specialty when it comes to it. Expect mistakes in anatomy, angles, proportions and general wonkiness.

The finished commission will not be a physical product, and is reserved for personal, non-commercial use only. More information in Legal Notes.

All commissions WILL be given a signature and watermark containing my Twitter handles, as well as an application of Glaze.

I am still a growing artist. My work is not perfect, I learn and improve every day with my art. If my work is not up to your standards despite the previews, then I apologize greatly, and hope that you will give me a second chance when I've improved more.

If you wish to commission a NSFW commission, you must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible to commission NSFW artwork.

If you wish to commission artwork of a character(s) that is not yours, please provide a link to the social media page of the original owner of the character(s) so that I may tag them when the commission is finished.

If neither you, nor the provided user are the owner(s) of the provided character(s). your commission will be turned down/cancelled.

All commissioned art is for personal, non-commercial use only. If any desire to use my commissioned work for commercial use is spotted, your commission will be turned down/cancelled and you will be blacklisted and blocked immediately.

Any attempt to integrate or mint commissioned artwork from me into a cryptocurrency, NFT or any further form utilizing blockchain technology will result in an immediate, indefinite blacklist, and legal actions will be taken.

Any removal of signatures, social media links or watermarks on commissioned artwork will be considered art theft, and you will be blacklisted, blocked, and legal action taken. I do not treat art theft lightly.

My art under NO circumstances is to be fed into or used by any form of AI art generating, filter or other AI programs of any sort. I am an artist, using AI 'art' generating programs or filters supports the theft of not just my work, but theft and often illegal access and usage of every artist online.

You as the commissioner will be provided with both a marked and clean versions of the commission, under the condition that whenever posting the commissioned piece in a public space, you will post only the marked version. This includes, but is not limited to: Public Discord servers, Social Media sites including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Inkblot and DeviantArt. This is non-negotiable
